Notes from Nurse Amanda:

Seasonal Reminders: Vision and hearing screenings will be happening in the month of October. This includes grades K, 1, 3, 5, and 7. Parents will receive communication from the nurse if referrals are recommended. 

Backpack Tip: Please have extra changes of weather-appropriate clothes in their backpack. No matter what grade, they always seem to need a change of clothes at some point throughout the year! Cooler weather will be here before we know it!

Stay Home: If your child is sick please keep them home to prevent the spread of germs. Symptoms such as frequent cough, sore throat, fever of 100.4 or higher, vomiting 2 or more times in 24 hours, or diarrhea, should stay home until they feel well.
